Initial Medical Evaluation:
In order to establish a baseline, we will perform the following for you:

- Electrocardiogram
- Spirometry Test
- Bioimpedance Analysis
- Physical Exam
- Lab work
- Electronic Medical Record
Health Optimization Plan:
After your initial medical evaluation, our medical team will meet to discuss every case and create a plan that includes the following:
- Medical Plan
- Supplements Recommendations
- Wellness Plan
Concierge Primary Care:
