Angel Solla, MD

Family Medicine Physician

Dr. Angel Solla is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician graduate from the University of Puerto Rico – Medical Sciences Campus. He completed a Bachelor degree in Athletic Training at the University of PR, Ponce Campus and, as an athlete, he had the opportunity to represent PR multiple times internationally in the Team Handball discipline.

After finishing his residency, Dr. Solla moved his practice to the United States midwest, where he worked as a Family Medicine/ Urgent Care provider at Park Nicollet Health at Minneapolis, Minnesota and Gundersen Health System at La Crosse, Wisconsin respectively. Now, with over 10 years of experience as a physician, he is back in Puerto Rico and patients can expect a compassionate provider who cares deeply about their short-term and long-term health and well-being.

When he is not at work, he enjoys the beach and spending quality family time with his wife, dog and two kids. He also collaborates with the Puerto Rico Team Handball Federation as a medical/coaching staff during multiple national and international competitions.
